The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition / Hunting.
- Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the Mid-size /SMB accounts.
- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
- Ensuring accurate funnel/sales forecasts.
- Report sales data, competition information
- Align with the company’s strategic objectives, handle and grow revenue and market share at designated accounts to improve customer success at all levels in the customer organization.
- Develop and deliver business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and critical needs.
- Own account relationships and drive overall customer success for assigned accounts.
- Build consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels – executive sponsors, influencers and decision makers.
- Lead large scale transactions to close large scale deals, Build pipeline, forecast business, lead the internal team, communicate key updates and competitive intelligence.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or services that may be of interest to clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with Technical field of study preferred.
- 1 to 2 Years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
